My air conditioner began to run warm air. Called PennTech and instead of waiting a week for a service call, they took care of it the next day and works great. Adam the assigned technician was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and he explained the issue and resolved it. Just a great customer service. PennTech bent over backwards to accommodate us while replacing our old A/C unit. They made it out THAT DAY to check out my non-functional AC unit for me. Turned out to just be a thermostat issue. Adam our technician was incredibly pleasant as were the scheduling ladies.
